Just A Little Fangirl Love

And the music shows are officially back with new episodes, which means new stages and new wins! Whoop whoop! Although there's only actually one song on this list of wins that is a new release. Some of them on here are months old, which is kind of fantastic. I expect to see newer songs moving forward, but for now, this is a good last hurrah for some of them. Unless they get more wins. For the After School Club performance, I've picked EVERGLOW, ep. 475 from 2021. The vocals on those members. Whoo. They're also delightfully chaotic and I was entertained watching them (also, they got a win for this song on The Show, which continues to prove my point). For the past The Show stage, I picked one for WEi. And while I normally would have picked another stage from one of the shows this week, last week while I was wandering around looking for stages, I found this one from ATEEZ's debut song after I'd already picked one for last week. So, I put that one for this week, which ...

Well, well. Here we are with another awards show, which means a whole new set of performances. As with the others, I'm going to stay out of the way of the wins and performances. When you make it down to the end, that's when I'll yap. See you then! Enjoy the performances! performances 10CM (_CDEFG + To Reach You) aespa (Drift + Rich Man + Dirty Work ) ALLDAY PROJECT ( ONE MORE TIME + LOOK AT ME + FAMOUS ) Alpha Drive One (HOLA SOLAR + FORMULA ) BOYNEXTDOOR ( Hollywood Action + IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU ) EXO (Wolf + Monster + The Eve + Love Shot + Growl + Back it up) G-Dragon (DRAMA + POWER + HOME SWEET HOME + TOO BAD + Crooked) Hanroro (0+0 + Landing in Love) Hearts2Hearts ( The Chase + Focus ) IDID ( CHAN-RAN + PUSH BACK) ILLIT ( Do The Dance + Not Cute Anymore ) IVE ( XOXZ + ATTITUDE + REBEL HEART ) Jennie (Seoul City + ZEN + like JENNIE ) KiiiKiii (To Me From Me + I DO ME + DANCING ALONE ) NCT Wish ( poppop + Videohood + COLOR ) RIIZE ( Fame + Bag Bad Back + ...

I'm not sure there was an actual live performance this week, so you're getting old performances for the winners. Except for Doyoung. I don't think he ever performed this live because I think it came out after his enlistment. Either way, there are still some performances for your perusal. Because there were no live performances, at least not that I could find, I couldn't give you an extra stage. Sorry. I can give you a couple of re-runs though. For After School Club re-run, it's Royal Pirates, also known as RP. We had some stunning covers this episode, but I highly recommend that you check out their music if you liked them here. I discovered them a couple of months ago, but didn't know that they'd been on ASC until the choosing of the re-run for this week. For the The Show performance re-run, I grabbed another group that I've recently discovered. Most of their discography seems to have vanished from a lot of the streaming services, which saddens me be...

So, as with the other award show posts, my comments will be found down below, after the performances and the winners. I know. It's me, and I like to ramble, but for these, I'm giving you the stuff you're more likely to be interested in first, and then if you want my rambles, they're at the bottom.  Anyway, enjoy the performances and congrats to the winners! I'm only listing the music related winners, with two exceptions. performances AHOF ( Rendezvous ) ALLDAY PROJECT ( FAMOUS + ONE MORE TIME ) ASH ISLAND (Don't go + OST) ATEEZ (Man on Fire + Dance Break + In Your Fantasy ) Cortis ( GO! + What You Want ) Cravity (Intro + Lemonade Fever ) IVE ( XOXZ + ATTTUDE + 삐빅 (♥beats) + REBEL HEART ) JJ Lin (Bedroom + 修煉愛情+背對背擁抱 (with WOODZ)) KickFlip (Intro (특이점) + My First Love Song ) KiiiKiii (Intro + I DO ME ) Kiss of Life (Maestro of My Heart + Lucky ) Leejunyoung (BOUNCE + BACK) LE SSERAFIM (Born Fire + Ash + HOT ) MEOVV ( BURNING UP + HANDS UP ) Monsta X (Tress...

Release date: 2025 December 08 Album tracklist: ONE MORE TIME , LOOK AT ME , YOU AND I, WHERE YOU AT, HOT, MEDUSA Album runtime: 17 minutes  Congrats on the first full album! I'm really tired and we all may know by now that they're on Underage Protocol because of certain choices in styling and speech. Will I pull them off? Eventually maybe. It depends if they reflect and stop doing that. Although apparently I was a top listener of FAMOUS on YouTube Music this year, which is wildly hilarious. I'll have to check again later and update this if needed, but with the runtime, it looks like it may be close to the 18 minute mark. I'm not positive though, so I'm putting it as 17 for now. It also looks like we may have some solo action going on? I can't listen to it because of the aforementioned U.P., but that's an interesting choice for a group that hasn't hit the one year mark if true. Although funny, every time I see the title, that audio starts playing. I hone...

By the time you read this, there will be less than a month left in 2025, which is crazy because it feels like January was simultaneously two months ago and also eighteen years ago.  First up, we have the debuts. Technically one of these that I covered was in fact posted in December, but I am counting it because it was a November debut, though not for a group. The group I covered was AM8IC , a boy group made up entirely of Chinese members that is based in South Korea and debuting in South Korea in K-Pop. I wanted to be very specific about this. The only other group I can think of that's this interesting in terms of demographics, starting location, and target audience is 1verse, which also doesn't have a South Korean in the group. Anyway, they debuted this month. And for the solo debut that I covered, that would be Jungwoo of NCT , right before his impending military enlistment. This means that all three members of the NCT subunit DoJaeJung will be in the military within the we...

Well, awards season has gone into full swing. So, these posts are going to start being really thin, if last year is any indication. But not yet. This week is pretty full. First win for some songs, which is delightful. You'll notice an extra stage down there and I want to address it first. So, there I was, trying to decide which group and song to do for my The Show stage I now share with you all. And I ran across this song. And I thought to myself, "I absolutely have to share this with everyone. I need everyone to know this song exists." But I didn't think that I wanted it to be the only stage I shared because, let's be real, it's a little odd while simultaneously this is kind of the ultimate I.N song. So here you have a song about bread by a duo who also have a song about vegetables and a song about curry.  And speaking of Stray Kids, in honor of the last JYP group to win a Daesang at the MAMAs, I  found out that they were on ASC back in 2014 for episode 103...

Okie dokie, everyone! My thoughts on things will be down at the bottom, instead of giving a long and verbose introduction, because we all know that what you're here for is actually the performances and the winners. Anything I have to say is a bonus, you know? The artists are the focus here. performances aespa ( Dirty Work + Rich Man ) ALLDAY PROJECT ( FAMOUS ) CORTIS ( GO! + FaSHioN ) G-Dragon (DRAMA + Heartbreaker + Untitled, 2025) IDID X KickFlip (PUSH BACK + My First Love Song + Boy In Luv) izna ( Mamma Mia ) JO1 (BE CLASSIC + Handz In My Pocket) Kim Hye Soo X Felix X Kyoka X Sung Hangbin X ALLDAY PROJECT (HEAR MY ROAR + BAD BOY + FAMOUS) RIIZE (Bag Bad Back + Fame ) Stray Kids (CREED + Chk Chk Boom + DIVINE + CEREMONY ) TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Upside Down Kiss + Beautiful Strangers ) ZEROBASEONE ( Doctor! Release date: 2025 November 17 Album tracklist: ONE MORE TIME Album runtime: 3 minutes  We've got about a month before the mini album drops, but in the meantime, we've got this pre-release and  it's over three minutes long. Unfortunately, because of certain, hmm, choices that have been made, I'm putting this on Underage Protocol. Although I wanted to check the music video briefly, and there seems to be a different choice being made with regards to certain things. I'm not going to pull them off U.P. yet, but I hope that this trajectory continues so that I can. This is a very Teddy song full of synthy goodness and a skittering beat that isn't overpowering through the entire song. The variation is good. The flow of the song as a whole is good. There's also a song that this reminds me of, but I don't have enough pieces of it to figure out even what group it, but if I figure it out, I will let you know. But otherwise, I really enjoy this song. It feels famili...
