Pledis can be a garbage company, but looking at the trainees that have either debuted at Pledis or spent time there and debuted elsewhere, they tend to be impressive idols. And they also clearly take the SM approach of having trainees by the bucket-loads at any given time. They're a project group of the finalists from a survival show, but I don't know if this is a permanent group or a temporary one. However, the youngest two members just turned sixteen, so please do the math and note that they were fourteen at time of debut.
