 Over three minutes of song. I feel so spoiled right now. I'm also happy to note that even though the group as a whole is on hiatus right now while they work on other things, we're getting activity from the subunit. Good. I like this. 

It's got an interestingly watery sound to the instrumental in places, but it's also a bit growly because of that bass in the instrumental. I'm not opposed to what's going on because we've got a couple of different textures going on, sometimes at the same time. But even then, it's not a fast BPM. It's actually surprisingly mild.

We've got just a little bit of a vibrato going on with this, but vocally, this is an incredibly dreamy and creamy sound, like a creamsicle (vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet on a popsicle stick, very delicious if you've never had one), with a lot of breathiness to the song. As a title track, not sure how I feel about it. But, this is a very pretty song and I haven't minded too much that I've had to leave this on repeat for a while trying to figure out what to say about it. 

"We're so hot, everyone around us gets heatstroke." Alternatively "the aliens are extremely exothermic and we need to understand how and also the effects," judging by the fact that at the end they're revealed to be in an observation chamber. Could they be some sort of metahuman? Technically, yes, but if they're metas, then they're definitely villains. I do not make the rules.
