Well, they didn't get a win with this song, so I'll do a review of it because I'm so wildly behind and this way I have to while also being like "Here's this song! You should listen to it! Don't just take my word for it! Feel free to disagree with me!" I don't know what this sounds like yet. I just assume someone is going to disagree with me and that's fine as long as you can articulate why. They're on Underage Protocol, so I can't listen to it like I normally would, but as time marches on, eventually they'll be off it and I'll actually get to listen to their discography. I'm also late enough that I didn't notice that apparently another song from this album had a music video. I need to know what that song sounds like, so I'll be doing that one probably next week.

This somehow is both a clubbing song and a workout song with heavy synth and aggressive beats. But it's fun. This is a fun song that demands movement from the amount of energy that it is flooding into the environment. It's wholly too short, clocking in at less than two-and-a-half minutes, but it does make good use of the time that it has to be what it is. Which is high energy.

This reminds me so much of Tick Tock by Kesha that I felt myself flung back in time to high school. The electro-pop is real here. It also reminds me of a shorter, less vocal-focused version of Flashback by After School. But you know what that means? I'd love this song if I could listen to it, probably. This also tells me that if KiiiKiii's vocals are up to snuff, they might actually be able to handle doing a cover of Flashback.

One thing I do like about their music videos is how weird they are. I like the weird. The weird brings me joy. This is also so early 00s that I'm impressed. Look at the bright colors. Look at the weird fashion. The only thing that's missing is the block highlights.

And because I can do what I want with these reviews, and because I can't watch this yet, here! They put out a video where they did some cooking in the kitchen, and from the groups whose videos of this sort of thing I have watched, these videos  tend to be either adorable or absolutely hilarious.
