Song Review:: Kiss of Life: Who is she- Who is she
- Release date: 2026 April 06
- Album tracklist: Who is she, Don't mind me
- Album runtime: 5 minutes
Have they apologized yet? I did hear that this year's birthday was a lot less problematic, so there is that. If they continue to not have any more issues, while I'd like an apology, I'll trust a change of behavior more. Also, I'm deeply, deeply disappointed by the fact that this single does have a three minute song that is not the title track, and the title track is in fact closer to two-and-a-half minutes. I hope this is at least a good song.
The clangy parts of the instrumental are an interesting choice against their vocals. There are some spots that match much better, but then the chorus is a really good balance between the two. It's too short to really gain a lot of traction, but what's there? So much potential. The bones of this song are so good that I'm deeply annoyed by this runtime rather than my previous disappointed irritation.
There's a reason why the group was so popular before. Vocally, they've got it. There's a lot of sass to the song, but their voices are so strong here. We've got vibrato. We've got some harmonies. Honestly, if I didn't have this on Underage Protocol, I'd be happy to add this to some of my playlists.
You know, this music video kind of reminds me of Britney Spears. They're going for a sexy concept this time, and the maknae is (checks) twenty-one, so as long as everyone was fine with it, I'm fine with it. Some of the angles of the music video did make me squint suspiciously though because they reminded me uncomfortably of some of the angles in Stellar's Vibrato. There's a lot going on in terms of the concept of the music video, but it's largely a vibes and visuals one.
